Lolita's is a restaurant inspired by the women, who through generations instilled in us the love of Mexican culture and food. Lolitas is a space where we can embody & celebrate the traditions passed down to us. As first generation Mexican-Americans we are proud to present a new concept to Mexican dining while still being true to our ancestral food.

Ni de aquí ni de allá

Corn is the soul of Mexico. Farmers have been protecting and cultivating corn since prehispanic times. There are over 60 species of corn, of which many have been lost through commercialization. The art of making tortillas is more than the final product on your plate. It is taught within the family, a process deeply rooted in understanding the land and nutrients. Lolitas is a medium for connection to ourselves, to earth and to our food.
